Refund policy

This policy explains when Qeersh refunds what merchants pay Qeersh («منصة قرش», Qeersh Platform). Returns and refunds between a store and its customers follow each store's own policy.
1. Free trial
New stores start with a free 14-day trial without a card, and nothing is charged during it.
2. Monthly subscriptions
- You can cancel at any time; the subscription runs until the end of the paid month.
- We do not refund the remaining days of the current month.
3. Yearly subscriptions
- If you cancel within 14 days of paying for a yearly subscription for the first time, we refund the full amount minus the price of the first month.
- After that the subscription runs until the end of the paid year, and the remaining period is not refunded.
4. Changing plans
- When you upgrade, the value left on your current plan counts towards the new one.
- When you move to a lower plan, the change starts from the next period, without a refund.
5. Order balance and shipping balance
- Unused order balance or shipping balance is refunded when the store is closed, after the fees and costs due are deducted.
- It is refunded to the original payment method or by bank transfer within 14 working days of the request.
6. Add-ons, themes and apps
- Monthly add-ons follow the monthly subscription rules.
- One-time theme purchases are not refunded once the theme is published in the store; you can try a theme before buying it.
- Charges for apps made by outside developers follow each developer's policy, and Qeersh helps you reach them.
7. Errors and outages
We refund in full any amount charged by mistake or charged twice. If the service is down because of a fault on our side for more than 24 hours in a row, we add free days to your subscription equal to the downtime.
8. How to ask for a refund
Write to us from Support in your dashboard or at admin@qeersh.com with the invoice number. We answer within 5 working days, and the money reaches your original payment method within 14 working days of approval.
