1. About Qeersh

Qeersh is an e-commerce platform that lets merchants build and run online stores, take orders and payments, ship them, and sell through the point of sale, apps and sales channels. Qeersh is run by «منصة قرش» (Qeersh Platform, the legal name), called "Qeersh" or "we" in these terms. By using Qeersh you agree to these terms. If you use Qeersh for a company, you confirm that you may bind it to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, and your details must be accurate and current.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account and your team's accounts. We recommend turning on two-step verification.
Tell us at once at admin@qeersh.com if you suspect someone used your account without permission.

3. Your store and your responsibilities

You are the seller in every sale made through your store; the contract with your customers is between you and them.
You follow the laws of Egypt that apply to you, including the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, and any tax obligations of your business.
You show correct prices, accurate product descriptions, and clear shipping and return policies to your customers.
You may not sell illegal, counterfeit or infringing goods or services, or use Qeersh for fraud, spam, or to harm the platform or its users.

4. Payments and money

Your customers' payments are collected by the payment gateways you connect to your store and go straight to your account with the gateway. Qeersh does not hold your sales money.
Payments and settlements follow the terms of the payment gateway and carrier you choose.
For cash on delivery, the carrier collects the amount and settles it with you under your agreement with them or under Qeersh's partner shipping terms.

5. Plans and fees

Plan prices and what they include are on the pricing page. Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly.
Some plans include a per-order fee taken from the order balance, and shipping through Qeersh partners is taken from the shipping balance.
If an invoice is not paid on time we send a reminder, and the store may then be closed to visitors until it is paid. We do not delete your data because of a late payment.
We may change prices in the future and will tell you at least 30 days before; a change never applies to a period you already paid for.

6. Content and ownership

Your store's content (products, photos, text and data) stays yours. You give Qeersh the right to host and display it as needed to run its services.
The platform, its software, designs and brand stay Qeersh's.
You can download a full copy of your store's data at any time from Settings › Store export.

7. Apps, themes and outside services

Some apps and themes come from third parties. When you install one you accept its terms and grant the permissions it shows you before installing. Payment gateways, carriers and sales channels also have their own terms.

8. Availability

We work to keep Qeersh available at all times and show the state of our services and scheduled maintenance on the status page. Outages or maintenance may happen; we make reasonable efforts to tell you in advance and to fix problems quickly.

9. Limitation of liability

Qeersh is provided as is. Qeersh is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, nor for the services of payment gateways, carriers or other third parties. In any case Qeersh's liability is limited to what you paid Qeersh in the three months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time; it runs until the end of the paid period.
Qeersh may suspend or close a store that breaks these terms or the law, or to protect customers or the platform, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
After termination you can ask for a copy of your data within 30 days.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we tell you at least 30 days before they take effect, by email or in your dashboard. Continuing to use Qeersh afterwards means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo hear any dispute arising from them.
